You don't remember the last time you felt thirsty or hungry. You can't remember the last time you ever saw a sunrise or a sunset. The clock went on, but the sky never changed. No stars, no moon, only darkness, spanning on and on into what seemed to be infinity. When did you get on this road? You don't remember when, or why, all that you remember is that you've been on this road for a long time. Your headlights didn't mean anything here, they only revealed stretches of the same road, road signs that meant nothing and more darkness. However, from time to time, from the corner of you eye you can see something staring back from the darkness. Some looked human, some tried to look human, and some didn't even try to look human. You continued onwards through the darkness, never once looking back to see if they looked straight at you or it was just your imagination.
